Expressions was our wedding photographer and we had an amazing experience with them. Jon is laid back yet extremely professional. He tailored our pictures to exactly the style we wanted. My wife had several artsy/dramatic shot ideas, so we set up a smaller “must have” catagory and a larger “would also like to have” catagory of ideas and Jon and his gal worked hard and fast and delivered on most all of them. His shots were well composed and well timed, and we ended up with far more than we expected. For my brother’s wedding he tailored his shots to a traditional style and for ours he shot in a dramatic style. It almost looks like two different photographers did the two weddings (both talented, mind you). This crew will leave you unstressed and fully satisfied (and I got our pics before we got back from our honeymoon). We agonized over who to use because of too many options in this industry. If you are doing the same….STOP. Use Expressions. They are cost friendly compared to much of the competition, and man…they. simply. deliver.

We used Expressions for our engagement and wedding pictures. We could not have been more thrilled. My husband is more reserved and when he said he really liked Jon and felt comfortable with him, we knew he was the one. We feel awkward when people take our pictures – and let Jon know that lol – and he was so awesome to work with. He told us exactly what to do so we didn’t have to worry about anything. He also let us bring in some picture ideas and worked those in wonderfully.

I absolutely loved Jonathan, he was amazing to work with! He knew exactly what he was doing and quickly adapted to our personalities to take the perfect pictures. He was also a blast to work with himself, I love his sense of humor and air of fun, but he always carried himself professionally in the process. All of the photos were incredible, he caught every little detail and every color with pinpoint accuracy.
